Barcelona Invite Messi To Attend Farewell Of Two Departing Players

Lionel Messi, the team's former captain, will be invited to Camp Nou by Barcelona, the giants of Spanish football.

The club is set to welcome Messi to go to the goodbyes of Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba, as per Mundo Deportivo.

Busquets and Alba, Messi's longtime teammates, are expected to leave Barcelona this summer.

Truth be told, Busquets is the player Messi has shared the pitch the most with during his profession, an enormous multiple times.

Since Alba moved from Valencia to Barcelona in 2012, the Argentine World Cup winner has also played alongside Alba.

Notwithstanding, the two veterans will leave the Catalan club toward the finish of the time.

Barcelona, in the mean time, are quick to get Messi back at the Camp Nou in the late spring.

At the end of the season, Messi's contract with Paris Saint-Germain will expire, and the 35-year-old wants to leave the French Ligue 1 champions.
